The insurance industry has tended to lag behind banking and other financial sectors in digital innovation, but it is well-placed to benefit from blockchain technology. Many applications are in development and some have already gone live. This webinar will look at insurance with, on and for blockchain. Insurance with blockchain is about enhancing existing business practices through better data and data-sharing. Insurance on blockchain is about building new products on a novel foundation of trust. Finally, insurance for blockchain means underwriting the risks of an emerging ecosystem. This webinar covers all three of these aspects, looking at use cases that exemplify blockchain’s transformative power
What you'll learn:
How blockchain can change how insurance companies do business across the value chain
How blockchain can help carriers save time, cut costs, improve transparency, comply with regulations, and build better products and markets
About the many areas of insurance and lines of business in which blockchain will have or already is having an impact, from claims handling to parametric products
